September 2023- Farmington Elementary is hosting Matilda, Jr. Audition Interest Workshops on October 24th and 26th for 1st-8th graders, while Houston Middle School will have an interest meeting on September 18th for their spring production of "Into the Woods Jr." with auditions in early October.

August 2023 -- Farmington Elementary families enjoyed a casual meetup at GPAC with live music by Josh Threlkeld & Friends. Food trucks and a joyful atmosphere under the trees added to the event's charm. The free admission event fosters community, a sentiment echoed by PTO president Katrina Grubb.

August 2023- Annual GMSD staff kickoff re-solidifies bonds between GMSD staff and gets them excited for the upcoming school year.

Farmington student Esther Zhang has won the national contest for the Smokey Bear and Woodsy Owl Poster.

At Farmington, first grade students have been working on their final reading unit, which includes the story of Cinderella. To celebrate, they were treated to a special horse drawn carriage ride, and it truly was magical!

Farmington parents and staff came together to save a life during school dismissal.
